WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
Alumni of the Film Scoring Academy of Europe join a consortium of over 200 composers from 45 different countries who have participated in the Film Scoring Summer Program, the Online Graduate Diploma in Film and Game Scoring, or the Master of Fine Arts in Music for Motion Pictures and Contemporary Media. Our goal is to provide alumni with continuing education opportunities, ongoing benefits, as well as a connection to their colleagues on both a professional and social level.

Liza Evans
Russia
Liza Evans is a composer, arranger and violinist from Russia. Her musical life began at the age of three when she started to learn piano at the music school. She later switched to violin, and eventually received her master’s degree from the St Petersburg Conservatory. Liza always had a huge interest in composition and film music. From an early age, she composed small pieces on the piano. In 2022, she was honoured to be chosen as the FSAE’s SCL scholarship recipient, which gave her an opportunity to attend the Film Scoring Academy of Europe. Currently Liza is working on several short films and projects.

Heidi Talbot
Ireland
Over the past twenty years Heidi has performed all over the world, from the finest Concert Halls and Festivals to the White House. Heidi has been nominated for Folk singer of the year and Best Traditional Song by BBC Radio 2, Best Live Act by the Scottish Traditional Music Awards and Best Female Vocalist at The Irish Music Awards. She has shared the stage and recorded with Mark Knopfler, Graham Coxon(Blur), Eddi Reader, Idlewild, Matt Rollings, King Creosote, Kris Drever, Tim O'Brien and Jerry Douglas. So far 2023 has saw Heidi working with multi award winning composer, Christian Henson on an upcoming series for Apple TV while completing her degree with the Film Scoring Academy of Europe.

Iñar Sastre
Spain
Iñar Sastre studied piano, improvisation and composition at Musikene and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris. He has released more than six albums as a leader and has performed in concert halls such as Carnegie Hall and the Berliner Philharmoniker. His work as a composer focuses mainly on composing for the performing arts. He has composed music for documentaries about the Olympic Games for the Basque national TV
